I do care. Be sure to sleep for 8-12 hours a day, don't overeat or undereat food, look up to the skies for at least 2 minutes to 580 seconds a day, write down your thoughts about anything, don't look at any ideas that encourage you to be depressed and think about how to overcome any obstacles to get better (write them down and find a plan).
